Frustrating People

Today I took the girls to Costco for an inexpensive lunch date & i had a rude awakening.
I realized today that we have an overwhelming amount of older folks with money to flash, who shop at Costco, who have a high disdain for little people. AHHH! This made for a truly irritating time. Not because my kids were being bad. On the contrary they were so well behaved today and I was very proud of them. It's just you know those who turn up their noses or roll their eyes at your kids because you actually have 4 of them and not only that, you obviously couldn't say no because they're all little! Well when you have an overwhelming number of them all in one place at one time it's a little difficult to ignore. The only person who took the time to say how well behaved and beautiful they are actually found that we are not aliens but in fact real people and the kids were *gasp* friendly!
I know I am venting but this feels really really good. I can't wait for all these rich snowbirds to go home so all of us middle income families can get back to life as we love it!

I am also a Costco Queen, and my husband and I go there all the time for 'cheap meals'. Where else can you feed the family for $10? Anyway, I've finally gotten around to checking out your site (you had left a message on mine) It's great. I love to read of our similarities of loving Christ and knowing that He is indeed our Lord and Saviour! Amen! I was actually just thinking that I need to proclaim that truth on my blog; so that "passer-byers" can also know this wonderful fact of Christ's love for them too! You have a beautiful family and I look forward to chatting with you a bit:)
