5 wonderful years

My little girl is 5! I can hardly believe it. Kaylyn turned 5 on her nana and papa's 20th anniversary! What a wonderful day to have our sweet little girl born. There were times I wondered if she would make it. *grin* For those who know us you know exactly why I say this! But our little sweetheart is such a blessing. It's so neat how you have a child and you know you want another one but wonder how you will possibly stretch yourself out for another and how will you love another like you love the first? It's amazing how the Lord knew exactly how to take care of these things before they ever happened.

We celebrated Kaylyn's special day with gifts galore throughout the day. Nana and papa's in the morning, grandma and grandpa's in the afternoon, salmon dinner(her request), Starbuck's with mommy and sisters, cake and presents from mommy and daddy in the evening. Saying she loved it is a HUGE understatement. She referred to herself all day as "the birthday girl" as in "the birthday girl wants to watch _____". ALL DAY! She even tried to get away with "the birthday girl is in charge all day! Uh huh, mom said." *HA*
The dress was made by me. I started a tradition with my first child to make their birthday outfit.

Without further ado, here are her bday pics for aunts, uncles, grandparents and cousins!
