Christmas tour of our home

I love love love every single thing about Christmas! I can't imagine not decorating for the celebration of my Saviour's birthday! Just like I can't imagine not decorating for the celebrations of my family's birthdays! In the spirit of blogging I joined the Christmas tour of homes and so....here are some of our decorations this year.
I'll just say this ahead of time, I have gathered quite a collection of snowmen without realizing it. I guess I have a bit of an attraction to them. Hmmm...they are cute. Everyone loves this~ It's a table runner but too cute to be on the table. It begs to be noticed
This is 22 years old. Growing up my mom bought us an ornament every year and when we moved out all our ornaments went with us. So at least we had 18 ornaments on our tree (that is if you didn't break any *wink*). Also, I was the only girl with 5 brothers for 13 years so I got an angel every year. Mine was the only glass one to last and now it's the oldest ornament on my tree.
I now continue the tradition with my kids. The view from the outside. Not including the lights in the yard. We love it. Don't know about the neighbors though.
My adorable little girl is at the tree daily doing this. She's pulling on an ornament. But next year won't be the same so I let her look to her heart's content. *sigh* what the "baby" of the family gets away with! *wink* Yep, that's our tree skirt!

And this is the girls' tree which will be planted after Christmas. Thanks for stopping by! Merry Christmas! Oh, and make sure to leave a comment! Thanks

I have a lot of snowmen too..although somehow I didn't get many into my pictures. Hmmm.

Anyway, great pics...we had the ornament tradition growing up too and I treasure all the ones from my childhood :)

Love the table runner...that is so cute!! I do the same thing with getting ornaments for each of my kids every year and will give them to them when they leave.

And I have to admit that I let my littlest one get away with touching the tree some too...it's just too cute to see the look on their face!

Starting that ornament tradition with my daughter. She's tickled pink that there will be ornaments all her own!
Merry Christmas!

Sweet snowmen and that table runner is wonderful. I think hanging it is a great idea.
